How to apply control savings to your project

This article will cover how to create and apply controls to your project.

1. Go to the Audit section of the software.

2. Click on the Schedules tab.
3. Copy or create the schedule and make sure to input a value in the %Reduction field.

4. Hit Save/Update.

5. Go to your proposal tab and open the proposal you will be adding control savings to.

6. Select the ECM Details.

7. On the left side of the table, select the check box of the line items that will be receiving the control reduction.

8. Using the gear wheel next to the search bar, select "Change Proposed Operating Schedule(s)".

9. Select the Controls/Reduction schedule and select “Bulk Update”.

10. Review updated metrics to make sure everything was applied properly.

11. Repeat above steps for any additional areas/controls you would like to account for.
