The first part of project management and implementation has been released which covers Locations!
In your audit, you now have the ability to create multiple locations and scope each location individually while auditing to split things up and keep them organized. Click here to see help video
Web Application Only
In your proposal, you can now easily turn off any locations or areas from your audit, which will then exclude them from the proposal calculations. Click here to see help video
Both Web and Tablet Applications
A percent reduction can now be added to any created operating schedules to account for control savings. Click here to see help video
The ability to copy any schedules that have been created in an audit is now possible. This includes Operating, Rate, Cooling, and/or Heating schedules.
The labels and descriptions for any uploaded attachments can now be updated as needed.
Improved
Web Application Only
The projects lists now have a column to indicate which projects have sync enabled. You can also now select projects in bulk and update the setting to disable the sync which will remove the associated projects from the tablet app after your next sync. Click here to see help video
The proposed product picker for product catalogs has been improved for more efficient searching and filtering. And now more information is available to view before selecting the product for your solution. This includes viewing any attached specification sheets, installation manuals, and much more. You now have the ability to delete any logos, avatars, or cover photos that have been uploaded on the platform.
The proposals list in your projects now have columns for "Total Project Cost" and "Net Project Cost".
Other minor improvements were made throughout the app as well!
Tablet Application Only
The parent area list in the area details page and the area location list in the product details page have both been updated to allow for searching of areas and now show the full area name.
Some other updates were made to improve the overall speed of the tablet app, as well as sync!
Fixed
Web Application
The Audit Images report has been fixed to now support areas with long names.
The client's logo now copies over when copying a project.
Other minor bugs have been squashed as well!
