Adding Maintenance Savings

Add Maintenance Savings to your proposal calculations

  1. Select Audit

  2. Select Inventory > Product Schedules

  3. Click edit on the line item you would like to add maintenance costs to.

  4. Input data into one or multiple fields to calculate maintenance savings in your proposal

      - Replacement Cost : Current cost the client is paying to replace each fixture.
      - Annual Maintenance : Current cost per year the client is paying to replace each fixture.
      - Maintenance Time : Time spent maintaining each fixture. Multiplied by the Maintenance Rate ($/hr) located in the details tab.

Note: Maintenance cost is applied and calculated on a per fixture basis.
