Click edit on the line item you would like to add maintenance costs to.
Input data into one or multiple fields to calculate maintenance savings in your proposal
- Replacement Cost : Current cost the client is paying to replace each fixture.
- Annual Maintenance : Current cost per year the client is paying to replace each fixture.
- Maintenance Time : Time spent maintaining each fixture. Multiplied by the Maintenance Rate ($/hr) located in the details tab.
Note: Maintenance cost is applied and calculated on a per fixture basis.
