How to make mass edits to Solutions & Proposals

Open the proposal you will be updating solutions for.

Find the square box in the top left the table.

Check the top left box to select all or individually check lines for specification.

Once wanted boxes are checked, click the gear icon in the top right of your screen.

Choose to either, use, not use or delete the checked boxes. 

If you chose "not use", the software will no longer consider those lines as part of the proposal and will remove them from calculations.
