Adding Documents and Photos

  1. Additional photos and documents may be added to an area or fixture once it has been created.

  2. For Areas: Open the desired area by selecting “Audit” and then clicking on the area.
       o Select the “Floor Plan”or “Attachments” tab on the right.
       o Input additional documents just like you would a photo.
       o May also use the “Attachment Icon” located at the top right.

  3. For Existing Fixtures: Open the desired area by selecting the “Audit” tab.
       o Select the fixture you would like to add documents to.
       o Click “+ Attachment” or use the “Attachment Icon” in the top right.
       o Input additional documents just like you would a photo.
