Creating an Exception Solution

Open up the Proposal you would like to add solutions to. 

Within the proposal, open the Solutions tab if not already directed to it.

When first creating your Exception Solution, you will want to enter the ECM details tab

Within the ECM Details page, find the line item you would like to add a specific solution to.

If the line item does not have a solution, click the blue add button and follow the solution steps.

If the line item already has a solution created for it, click the down arrow next to edit and select "Add Exception"
