8.) Input Area Information/Photos and Document Upload

  1. Once you have added the necessary information and created your new area, move through the Details, Notes, Floorplan and Attachment tabs to add additional area information.

  2. All tabs will be located at the top of the page after entering into an area.

  3. Select the Add Area icon in the top right.

  4. Name the area and set its parent area.

  5. Select Add Details or Save Area to move on.

  6. Example:
    o New Sub-Area: First Floor
    o Parent: Building A

Sub-Areas: (Building A --> First Floor --> Classroom 123 --> Classroom 123 Closet)
